Please Note: Even when applying online you must  print out the Liability Waiver and mail that to us with an original signature. INFORMATION, RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

• All Vendors: Must supply their own materials such as shade, canopies, chairs, tables, decorations, etc. Power will not be supplied (with the exception of food vendors) unless prior arrangements are made with the Festival Coordinator.
• All vendors have the responsibility to keep their booths clean and the areas surrounding them clean as well. Please leave the venue in the same condition as you found it when setting up. 
• All Merchandise Vendors; Spiritual Readers/Consultants & Healers: Must have a copy of your city business license and resale certificate and/or Ministerial Credentials or Non-Profit information and any other pertinent legal information available for inspection in your booth. This is your responsibility and neither Stanislaus Pagan Unity festival Organizer(s) or Coordinator(s) are responsible to provide this information to any City, County or State Organization upon request. 
• Food Vendors shall adhere to any and all City, County or State regulations regarding health, safety and business practices.
• Set up will begin at 7am Saturday October 4th, 2008 and take down will be from 6 to 7pm.
• All children 12 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All participants need to conduct themselves in a well-behaved and lawful manner at all times. This also includes the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs, the carrying of firearms or illegal weapons.
• This is NOT a skyclad event. Please no nudity, clothing is to be worn at all times. Any violations will result in expulsion from the event.
